Principal Consultant

Ngāhina Williams brings extensive expertise in travel technology and product development, earned over more than two decades within the travel industry. Their deep understanding of corporate travel operations and the systems that underpin them enables them to solve complex problems that drive business growth.

 

Ngāhina approaches every challenge with a pragmatic and collaborative mindset. They work closely with teams to understand functional requirements, refine systems, and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.

Tazz Vaaulu

Support Analyst

Tazz Vaaulu has been a valued member of the Avanoa team for the past two years, building strong expertise in travel technology systems and support. With hands-on experience across platforms including Serko, Tramada, Amadeus, and Conferma, Tazz plays a key role in troubleshooting and managing complex system environments.

Through ongoing development and mentorship, Tazz continues to strengthen his technical skillset while supporting TMCs in navigating and optimising their technology.

 

Known for his practical approach and commitment to continuous learning, Tazz contributes to delivering reliable solutions that help clients operate with confidence.

Support Analyst

Classius Hills brings a background across retail, customer service, and operational roles. With experience in training, management, and maintenance, he applies a practical and reliable approach to supporting both people and systems.
